iXpress Wireless customers are not currently affected by service interruption when payments are not made on time. Effective 1/1/06, if your payment is not received prior to the end of your 10-day grace period, your service will be suspended. The late fee of $5.00 will still apply. As well, there will be a $25.00 reconnection fee assessed. If circumstances arise where you are unable to make your payment prior to the end of your 10-day grace period, you can avoid these consequences by contacting the billing department to make payment arrangements, either via telephone or via e-mail to billing@dockpoint.net.

DockPoint Internet Solutions is committed to excellent customer service.   DockPoint does limit Technical Support to Microsoft Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Outlook Express, Netscape Communicator,  Mac OS 7 and above, Windows 98 SE through Windows XP. We do not support third party software through our Technical Support/Customer Service Department.
